GYS Continuous one-cylinder machine is designed for the production of top-quality tissue paper from both virgin and recycled fibers, with the modern system of wire and felt on forming roll.
The structures are made of stainless steel, with a high level of stability and elastic stiffness. The hydraulic stock chest, made of stainless steel, is entirely adjustable. The roll slot is lined with a wear- and corrosion-resistant synthetic material, designed for high-speed production and perfectly balanced for a vibeless activity. Wire and felt tensioning and guide systems are assisted by electronic devices. Wire, felt and rolls are conditioned by high-quality PLC-regulated spraying elements. Felt conditioning is obtained through highly efficient adjustable suction drawers. The drying system consists of a large diameter suction roll set, for an extremely high working pressure. Two types of Yankee dryer can be mounted (3600mm diameter or 4600mm, the latter made of internally ruled metal). Three oscillating scratching blades provide perfect productive functioning, alongside with a chemical treatment of the cylinder’s surface. Vapor regulation and condensate extraction are handled automatically for a safe and efficient running. The drying system is completed by an automatic methane-fueled high-yield hood. The peripherical roller is endowed with a paper roll-feeding system with upper tank. Paper sheets are pneumatically moved from the drying system to the roller. The structures of the continuous machine allow easy wire and felt change, very good visibility, easy maintenance and cleaning. The machine is equipped with footbridges, stairs, anodized aluminium handrail, painted steel safety shields, in order to allow easy and safe usage.
